Getting started with TNT is easy. Just reach out via our Contact page and we can get the ball rolling!
We will connect with you over Zoom and gain a deeper understanding of your practice needs. Then, we prepare our Getting Started document and Confidentiality Agreement which sets out what you can expect from partnering with TNT and how we will keep your data safe and secure.  Our Advice Manager will hold an onboarding call with your advice team and we’re then ready to start producing plans!

TNT are proud to be on the approved panels of some of Australia’s largest and most respected licensees. However, we can work with any licensee and partner with many self-licensed practices.

Depending on your selected package, our paraplanning timeframe is between 5 and 7 business days. If we’re doing your strategy work also, just add 2 more days!

YES! You will have the benefit of working with the same paraplanner/s who can get to know your business and be a true extension to your team.

Strategy work completed by TNT:

  • After the client meeting, the practice sends the completed Fact Find and appointment file notes to the TNT Hub (hub@tntgroup.com.au)
  • Within 48 hours, your TNT Paraplanner will be in touch for a handover call to discuss the proposed strategy, necessary research (Wealthsolver etc) and the various alternative strategies and products to be researched and documented
  • The strategist will complete product research and collate the plan request and BID. The plan request will then be sent to the adviser for strategy confirmation
  • TNT will send a plan price and due date
  • The SoA / RoA, BID (including alternatives), and any product research will be completed and returned by the due date

Strategy work completed by the practice:

  • After the client meeting, the practice sends the completed Fact Find, TNT plan request, BID and any other supporting documents to the TNT Hub (hub@tntgroup.com.au)
  • TNT will send a plan price and due date. 
  • The SoA / RoA, and any product research will be completed and returned by the due date.

Time, savings, and even better advice! The average adviser will spend between 3 and 5 hours formulating and documenting their strategy to send to paraplanning. At an average industry hourly rate of $400ph, that’s a very expensive task! Our team can take this on for an average strategy fee of $165. And as we all know – two heads are better than one!

We don’t take any risks at TNT. We hold industry required levels of Cyber Insurance, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance.

We use XPlan at TNT. XPlan is the most efficient plan production tool and allows us to keep our pricing as keen as possible.
